He has held senior positions as both Group and Executive Creative Director at some of the world’s most revered agencies - playing a pivotal role in helping DDB London and Saatchi & Saatchi achieve “Most Awarded Agency in the World” for both creativity and effectiveness.

As the founder of Atomic London, Guy built one of the UK’s top-performing independent agencies from the ground up, before going on to become the first-ever Creative Partner at M&C Saatchi.

Guy specialises in creating distinctive brand platforms that connect effortlessly across the customer journey - from broadcast to social, from experience to commerce - Guy’s work blends creativity, data, and technology to drive meaningful impact.

Across his career, he has earned more than 200 major international honours, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, Webby and IPA awards.
