In 2019 we brought Animal back, but this time he was joined by some mates ‘Chicken’ and ‘Beef’. Designed to re-position Peperami as a protein snack for a new generation, this epic, tongue-in-cheek TV spot, animated by Partizan, was every bit as irreverent previous Peperami ads. Catapulting the brand over the last 3 years to be the market leading meat snack brand in the UK. And increasing household penetration by over 3.5% year-on-year against a target of 2%.

DIGITAL OOH
To promote the new Beef Peperami, this edgy digital outdoor campaign placed two ultrasound screens side-by-side, highlighting the different personalities of the two snacks as they develop in the womb. Animal is seen energetically attempting to escape the womb. Beef, on the other hand, cooly sits back, more concerned with flexing and showing off his muscles.
The campaign was supported across paid digital and social channels.
